(ABC 6 News) – An Austin man accused of drug crimes, fleeing custody, and multiple DWI’s stemming from a traffic stop last year has accepted a plea deal. Jeb Lee Surritt pleaded guilty in Mower County Court Thursday to several 2022 drug and traffic charges for which he was supposed to be sentenced March 2, but he failed to appear. According to court documents, Surritt was re-arrested March 3, after another traffic stop. The 37 year old is currently being held without bail.
