(ABC 6 News) – An Iowa man on probation for his role in the deadly Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection is now facing invsasion of privacy charges in conncection to a ‘Peeping Tom’ incident at a Clear Lake tanning salon. Daryl Eugene Johnson is accused of secretly recording patrons at the business on US Hwy 18 East in Clear Lake without their knowledge. The 52 year old has pleaded not guilty. A trial for Johnson is scheduled for May 9.
