(ABC 6 News) – An Austin man charged in connection to a shooting nearly three years ago is set to be sentenced this summer. Eric Starnes pleaded guilty to second-degree assault last year, stemming from the incident in which the 26 year old allegedly fired multiple shots into a car in the area of 3rd Ave NW just before Christmas of 2020.
Starnes will be sentenced in June.
