MASON CITY, Iowa.– Mercy One is hiring. The healthcare industry is still working to fill staffing shortages in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, including Mercy One, where shortages range from custodians to clinical staff and administrators. MercyOne is now updating its recruiting process and expanding from open interviews to virtual. The next open-interview session will take place at MercyOne’s Cancer Center Auditorium on April 20 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
