Missing Faribault man found dead in river identified

Faribault, MN – A missing Faribault man found dead in a river Friday has been identified. According to a news release from the Faribault Police Department, Jesse Decoux was found 30 minutes after being reported missing, after he never returned home from walking his dogs, but one of them came home visibly wet. The second dog was located at TeePee Tonka Park, along with it’s owners body, who police believe may have fallen into the Straight River. Authorities say the 52-year-olds cause of death is pending an autopsy and the incident is being investigated.
