ALBERT LEA, Minn. – Summer fun will include a new food truck plaza in Albert Lea in 2023. The community engagement and enrichment director for the city said this new food truck plaza will not just add flavor to the city, but also diversity and variety to the local food fair. It’s estimated to cost around $92,000 to build the food truck plaza off East Main Street between Fountain Lake and Albert Lea. The city hopes to have the food truck plaza ready to go sometime this summer.
