The old Union Hotel is getting new life

The old Union Hotel is getting new life. The historical hotel in Waterville, also known as the Rainbow Hotel, constructed in 1888 on the corner of Second and Paquin Street, will soon be transformed into a new apartment complex. We Buy Houses Southern Minnesota, which purchased the hotel in July, says the building will consist of five units to be named The 1888 Apartments. Developers hope to have the project done by the end of September.
