ALBERT LEA, Minn. – An Albert Lea man has pleaded guilty to drug charges in connection to a 2021 undercover investigation. Court documents state, Ryan Joseph Voelker, 37, met with a confidential informant and an undercover agent of the South-Central Drug Investigation Unit on August 25, 2021 and sold them about 14 grams of meth. A sentencing hearing is now set for May 1 in Freeborn County District Court.
