A new North Mankato cop arrested for DWI has reportedly resigned but now faces charges. Jesse James Gunderson of Mankato, was charged recently in Blue Earth County Court with two counts of gross misdemeanor DWI, after authorities say the 28 year old was seen driving erratically after leaving a local bar prompting a traffic stop. Police say a portable breath test showed Gunderson’s blood-alcohol level way over the legal limit.
