The Rice County Public Safety center is under budget and ahead of schedule. According to a release from the Rice County Parks and Facilities the nearly $50 million construction project is currently about 2.5 million dollars less, and 3 months ahead of the deadline. The Public Safety Center is being constructed east of Mn. Highway 3 on the north end of Faribault.
