Vermont family of suspended St. Olaf College student ordered to document firearms they own

FARIBAULT, Minn. – The Vermont family of a suspended St. Olaf College student was ordered to provide information on a number of firearms they own before his release to ensure he doesn’t have access. Waylon Kurts appeared for a hearing Friday on charges of making terrorist threats, after prosecutors say the 20 year old was hatching a violent plot that may have targeted the St. Olaf campus in Northfield, Mn.. A hearing in the matter is set for Wednesday [April 26].
