ALBERT LEA, Minn. – The Albert Lea man accused of stabbing three of his friends last year has been found incompetent to stand trial. CK Kyle Kasio is accused of attacking two men while they were sleeping at an apartment on E. Main Street. A third man was found stabbed in the 100 block of William Street W. Albert Lea police say the three victims are related and all know Kasio. After a mental evaluation, a judge ruled the 27 year old lacks the mental capacity required to participate in legal proceedings.
