WASECA – An Austin man faces a felony theft charge in Waseca County for failing to return a rented U-Haul truck. Keith Douglas Haskell, 61, is accused of leasing the U-Haul in 2019, leading to a stolen vehicle report being filed.
The field manager said it appears Haskell was using it for his business after it was located in Freeborn County on Oct. 8, with decals of the name of Haskell’s business on it. Haskell’s first court date is scheduled for June 8.
