The city of New Richland is currently dealing with widespread flooding issues after a start to spring that included heavy rains last week into the weekend, and a large snow melt. The Mayor has declared a State of Emergency, as rains continued and stormwater began to flood the city. A number of Fairbault parks also are under water.
