Charges have been filed in connection to a fatal wreck that claimed the life of a New Richland man last week. Scott Bolduan, 58, was traveling on Highway 13 near New Richland on the 21, when a semi truck, driven by Darryl Bullock, 35, of Dallas, North Carolina struck him, according to a criminal complaint filed in Waseca County. Bullock was charged with felony vehicular homicide.
