Two men involved in a fatal drive-by shooting in Austin pleaded not guilty during an initial appearance Monday in Mower County District Court. Manamany Omot Abella, 23, and Cham Obang Oman, 28, along with an 18 year old, were charged in connection to the death of Gumbel Negate Gilo, 25 earlier this month, when the trio shot at a car he and two others were riding in, killing Gilo. A man and woman in the vehicle also suffered non life threatening gunshot wounds. A jury trial has been set for Sept. 11. The teen is set to appear in court Thursday.
