FARIBAULT COUNTY, Minn. – A Union Pacific train derailed near Kiester, Minnesota in Faribault County. According to the railroad company, 14 train cars carrying wheat derailed Sunday afternoon. No one was hurt and HAZMAT did not have to respond. Union Pacific says the investigation into what caused the train to derail remains ongoing.
