AUSTIN, Minn. – Multiple people were hospitalized and one person was arrested following a two-vehicle crash Saturday night. Police responded to 2nd Ave. SW. and 4th St. SW. and witnesses said that the driver of one of the vehicles involved had fled the scene, leading to the arrest of Jeffer Lorenzo, 23, of Austin. Lorenzo is being held in the Mower County Jail on Criminal Vehicular Homicide.
