A wanted Albert Lea man is now in police custody. Donald Maurice McCormick was apprehended by Albert Lea police at a College Street West address in connection to four court cases in which McCormick faces charges of violating a restraining order, credit card fraud, carrying a BB gun in a public place, open bottle law violation, and obstructing the legal process. His arrest came after failing to appear in court. McCormick is scheduled to stand trial on October 16.
