Minnesota’s cold food storage shortage has been resolved

ALBERT LEA, Minn. – Minnesota’s cold food storage shortage has been resolved. JCW Development announced the company will build a $31 million frozen food storage facility in Albert Lea called Vortex Cold Storage. The 170,000 square foot facility will be temperature controlled with temperatures ranging from 40 to -20 degrees Fahrenheit. The project will add 26 jobs in Albert Lea. Construction will begin this spring and should be finished by the end of this year.
