Minnesota couple facing charges after North Iowa traffic stop

NORTHWOOD, Minn. – A Minnesota couple is pleading not guilty to multiple crimes stemming from a North Iowa traffic stop. Calvin James Lloyd Myhre, 30, and Theresa Book, 35, were arrested on February 27 after running from police who pulled them over in Worth County for traffic violations. Police say methamphetamine was found near the vehicle abandoned by the two who fled from police but were quickly apprehended. A trial date for Myhre is set for April 28. Book’s trial is scheduled to begin on June 9.
