An Austin man convicted on a felony domestic assault charge in Mower County District Court will not go to jail. A judge ordered 27-year old Brandon James Roberts to three years of supervised probation for a felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation. He was convicted on the charge March 4th after accepting a plea deal.
