The Faribault County Sheriff says signs of “burnouts and donuts” were seen prior to a crash that left two men injured south of Minnesota Lake Monday night. Sheriff’s deputies said black marks were discovered on County Rd 21 where the vehicle lost control and veered into a ditch just north of 230th St., trapping an occupant, according to a press release. The driver of the truck was airlifted from the scene to an area hospital. A 21 year old passenger was treated for minor injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
