The city of Easton is getting a makeover. Construction is underway in the small town located on Highway 109, including improvements to the city’s watermain, sanitary sewer lines and storm sewer lines. Because of work on those items, the city will also install new curbs, street surfaces, sidewalks, driveways and turf. The project will be completed in two phases, according to officials. Work on phase two will begin next year.
