(ABC 6 News) – A crash in Mower County sent an elderly Spring Valley man to the hospital Monday afternoon. The Minnesota State Patrol said Michael Otterness, 72 collided with a semi on County Road 2 at Hwy 56 in Brownsdale. Otterness was treated for non-life threatening injuries at Mayo Clinic in Austin.
