The Wisconsin man accused of killing his two-year-old daughter in an Austin motel was given a life sentence without the possibility of parole for murdering the child’s mother. 37-year-old Dariaz Higgins appeared before a judge Monday to learn his fate for the shooting death of 24-year-old Sierra Robinson in 2019. He currently faces a second-degree murder charge in Mower County in the death of his daughter whose body was found along Highway 218 near Blooming Prairie.
