As COVID cases continue climbing over a dozen counties in the state have been listed as areas that have “substantial” or “high” rates of new coronavirus cases. The CDC revised recommendations Tuesday for COVID-19 safety precautions in Minnesota which saw surging numbers in 14 counties, including in neighboring Waseca, with new infections tied to the delta variant of the virus.
