ABC 6 News) – A virtual groundbreaking was recently held at the old Albert Lea Elks Lodge. The Elks Lodge was permanently closed in 2010 and in 2019 the property was purchased by a local law firm, which will become the first tenants, after renovations. The law firm, which had been leasing its space since 1992, plans to relocate the firm later this year. The final completion for the project is scheduled for this fall.
