WORTH COUNTY, Iowa – A routine traffic stop ended with a Mason City woman facing felony drug charges. Police said Jami Garcia was arrested over the weekend when she tried to hide a meth pipe in a baby’s sock after a vehicle in which she was riding was pulled over leaving the jail, according to court documents. She is being held in the Worth County Jail on $12,000 bond.
