ROCHESTER, Minn. – A report of child abuse turned into a multi-agency search just NE of Albert Lea. The Rochester Police Department says a 15-year-old boy called 911 to report he and his four-year-old sister were with their father, Michael Emmers, who seemed drunk and started punching him before he escaped. Rochester police say they found the 37 year old and the girl in a field in near-freezing temperatures. Emmers was jailed on multiple charges.
