A new eating option will soon open in the southern part of town, and bring with it more than a dozen jobs. A Godfather’s Pizza Express franchise is slated to open in November at the Freeborn County Co-Op Oil location in southern Albert Lea. They are also looking for 15 to 20 employees for the new endeavor. The owner of the former Godfather’s location said they had to close last year, becaue of flooding. The opening of the new location is scheduled for Nov. 11.
