(ABC 6 NEWS) – Two organizations that serve people in Austin are coming together as one. The Welcome Center in Austin has been around for more than 20 years, and it helps provide resources to people who are new to town, including refugees. It is now merging with Austin’s Parenting Resource Center which assists families in need. The merger will become official early next year.
