An Austin woman facing a felony charge for assaulting a peace officer and a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge stemming from an April 16th incident has been sentenced in Mower County District Court. A judge ordered 36-year-old Miesha Courtney Neely to 90 days in jail and five years probation.
