Brrrr….Baby it’s cold outside

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) – The National Weather Service is advising residents in southeast Minnesota to be prepared for a cold morning, as the coldest weather since February settles in. The agency says very cold wind chill values will persist through mid-morning, with high temperatures Wednesday only expected to reach the 10 – 15 degree range. It will be slightly warmer Thursday but colder weather will return New Years eve [Friday] night and continue through the weekend with lows around -10 Sunday morning.
