Construction on the new Freeborn-Mower Cooperative Services headquarters is moving forward despite COVID concerns. The cooperative considered cancelling the project amid the pandemic, but said it was important to bring in jobs to the community, adding bids came in a lot lower as well. Work on the new nearly 98,000 square foot building north of I-90 on Freeborn County Road 22 is estimated to be completed by May of next year.
