An Austin man accuesd in connection to a 2021 violent drunk and disorderly domestic assault has been sentenced. A Mower County District Court judge ordered 45-year old Aubrey Lee Ushera to more than 5 years in prison for threatening a woman with a hammer and smashing the windows of her vehicle last summer.
