An Austin man convicted in a 2021 home invasion will not go to jail. 28-year old Ryan Matthew Berg was sentenced Thursday to two years of supervised probation for thretening to stab another man when he broke into a residence on 8th St. NW. Several other charges were dismissed as part of his plea deal.
