Austin man sentenced for violating Christmas holiday restraining order

An Austin man convicted of violating a felony domestic abuse no contact order two days before Christmas last year [December 23] has been sentenced in Mower County District Court. A judge ordered Jacob Michael Storlie on Friday to 21 months in prison for a felony charge of violating a domestic abuse no-contact order stemming from an incident on December 23, 2021. The 32 year old first pleaded guilty to the charge on February 25th, and felony domestic assault charge in the case was dismissed as part of the plea deal.
