ALBERT LEA, Minn. (KTTC) – First Lutheran Church held a short prayer service Wednesday evening to honor the victims of a Texas school shooting. They lit 21 candles in memory of the 19 children and 2 teachers killed when an 18 year old shooter entered the school. They also pronounced the full names of those who died, as well as their ages during the prayer vigil.
