Tyler Dirksen recently pleaded guilty to domestic assault and criminal mischief charges, stemming from an investigation by the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office this summer. In alignment with the plea agreement, Dirksen was sentenced to serve 2 days in the Winnebago County Jail and ordered to pay $105.00 fine, applicable surcharges, court costs and victim restitution on the domestic charges. And, a judge ordered him to serve 2 days in the Winnebago County Jail on the criminal mischief charges, and ordered to pay $430.00 fine, applicable surcharges, court costs and victim restitution. The jail sentences were ordered to run consecutively, for a total of 4 days behind bars.
