(ABC 6 News) – While results continue to trickle in from Tuesday night’s election, we’re seeing some changes made to local city councils in Austin and Rochester. Three spots on the Rochester City Council were up for grabs with two men returning to the council for another term and a new face joining the chamber this Jan.. Newcomer and Lutheran pastor Norman Wahl beat out Vangie Castro in Ward 3. And in Austin, Incumbent Jeff Austin secured his seat.
