AUSTIN, Minn. – An Austin man accused of leading police on a cross-border chase in 2020 has been sentenced.
A Mower County judge ordered, Weston William Zuehl to three years of supervised probation after he pleaded guilty to fleeing a peace officer on April 20, 2020, following an attempted traffic stop on Highway 218 near Lyle in which court documents state Zuehl refused to pull over prompting a police pursuit that nearly resulted in a collision, before the 39 year old defendant was eventually stopped in Iowa.
