There were over 500 accidents reported on slick roads across Minnesota Monday. Minnesota State Patrol says there were 566 crashes reported statewide between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. Monday, including one in which a 57-year-old man was killed after he lost control of his vehicle, struck a concrete wall then collided with a school bus on Hwy. 62. An updated report Tuesday says 22 children on the school bus and the 71 year old bus driver were unharmed. There were also 171 vehicles that had spun out and five jack-knifed semi-trucks, according to Minnesota State Patrol.
