Rochester man facing two felony counts after making threats at St. Marys Hospital

(ABC 6 News) – A Rochester man appeared in Olmsted County Court Monday [Dec. 5], on two charges of felony threats of violence at St. Marys Hospital. According to court documents, 31-year-old Jereme James Hettwer, who was a patient, shouted racial slurs, started a fight that put the department on lockdown, and said he was going to rape the patient in the room next to his, and two nurses at the hospital told law enforcement Hettwer had threatened them with rape, impregnation, and death. Hettwer’s next hearing is scheduled for Feb. 6, 2023.
