A third suspect involved in the beating death of an elderly Austin man last year has pleaded guilty in Mower County District Court. 19-year old Francisco Javier Lagunes Silva of Austin was convicted Friday in connection to the murder in which Lagunes Silva, along with two other teens and a 12-year old boy, went to a residence to steal marijuana and wound up killing 75-year old William Hall October 13th, 2021. Sentencing for Lagunes Silva is set for January 19. Sentencing for the other two teen suspects is December 16th.
