A judge set bail at $250,000 Tuesday for an Albert Lea man arrested during a drug bust at an Austin restaurant. Police have identified the suspect who was taken into custody Friday as, Terry Heggs, and said the 39 year old Albert Lea resident was charged in Mower County District Court yesterday with multiple drug possession and and trafficking felonies following the search of a restaurant on West Oakland Avenue in which officers found cocaine and suspected fentanyl. Heggs next court date is set for January 30 in Mower County District Court.
