An Austin man charged with sexually assaulting a child recieved back to back sentences in Mower County District Court. Colin Charles Belden was sentenced Friday to four years in prison, after a teenage girl told authorities the 24-year-old had been sexually assaulting her since she was 5 years old until January of 2020. Belden was also sentenced Friday to another four years in prison after he pleaded guilty to a similar charge in 2019, that relates to sexual misconduct with a child. A judge ordered both sentences be served concurrently.
