(ABC 6 News) – An Albert Lea woman charged with contributing to overdose death of her sister in 2021 is scheduled to appear at a plea hearing in Fillmore County Court next week. Jeanne Ellen Penhollow, 50, is facing multiple charges, including 3rd-degree murder for allegedly providing oxycodone and fentanyl to her sister, who died after taking the drugs, according to court documents. Penhollow’s plea hearing is scheduled for Feb. 6.
