Man wanted for Christmas Day murder in Iowa arrested in southern Minnesota

A man wanted in connection to a Christmas Day murder in Iowa has been arrested in southern Minnesota. Darwin L. Green was wanted on a charge of aiding and abetting first-degree murder, stemming from the Dec. 25 death of Montreail Dungy. An alert was issued to the residents in the small town of Fountain, Minnesota, about an hour east of Albert Lea, Friday after Green fled a traffic stop on foot and eluded police. He was located walking along Highway 52 Saturday morning and was taken into custody without incident.
