Hayfield Public Schools is battling COVID

Hayfield Public Schools is battling COVID. The Superintendent has announced a move to hybrid learning after an increase in COVID-19 numbers within Dodge County. He said they will be moving grades 7-12 into hybrid instruction starting next Monday, Oct. 19, and the learning model will be similar to Austin Public Schools, according to a notice sent to parents Tuesday. Hayfield will split its students up into Group A and Group B, to maintain the 50% capacity. Wednesday was being used for teacher prep and a deep cleaning of the school, the letter stated.
